Kyle Woodlief, 16, received his Eagle Scout Award on March 16 at the LDS Spokane Valley Stake Center and was also awarded a flag flown over the U.S. Capitol building by the local Elks Lodge. His Eagle Service Project was restoring and painting the exterior of two large storage units for Central Valley High School.
Kyle, who is in Troop 206, has earned 26 merit badges. He said his favorite badge was the aviation one because he was able to fly a plane and learn all about flying.
