Feb. 23 | Special Olympics Polar Plunge 9 a.m., Liberty Lake Regional Park, 3707 S. Zephyr Road. This fundraising effort organized by law enforcement agencies is a unique opportunity for individuals and organizations support local Special Olympics athletes by collecting pledges and plunging into the frigid water of Liberty Lake.
