Pat Dockrey, above, receives a signed skateboard from the Liberty 5-0 group at an Independence Day ribbon-cutting celebration for the new skate spot at Pavillion Park on Saturday. Following the celebration, a group of skateboarders put on a high-flying demonstration for the crowd.
